Lights at Christmas bring so much joy on dark nights. Candles in a window; lights on bushes, trees and homes - whole streets seem brighter!
I'm Lisa Hutchcraft Whitmer, and the Bible says: "The people walking in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of deep darkness a light has dawned" (Isaiah 9:2).
Light isn't just what we see - it's what we carry in our hearts. But how?
With my choices about myself, s-I-n has darkened my heart. That middle letter is a big "I" - all about me.
Yet God offers turning to Him, and choosing to live His way. That's when Light floods into our heart!
