ON EAGLES' WINGS PROGRAMS

Over the years, several programs emerged under the ministry name “On Eagles’ Wings®,” for raising up young leaders to make a difference in their communities, and to bring the hope of Jesus to their people.

"SUMMER OF HOPE" RESERVATION OUTREACH

The reservation outreach strategy called “Summer of Hope,” features the On Eagles’ Wings® team of Native American Christian young people.

Native young people are equipped to facilitate community-wide events in the center of a Native community. Through nightly outreach events, this leadership team engages young people through fun activities, shares personal “hope stories,” presents the Gospel and leads Native young people to the Savior.

Since 1992, On Eagles’ Wings provides a powerful hands- on evangelism, discipleship and leadership experience for 35 to 60 young Native leaders each year. Teams have visited over 100 U.S. reservations and Canadian reserves, reaching tens of thousands of Native young people with the Gospel.

Warrior Leadership Summit Native Youth Conference

Warrior Leadership Summit Native Youth Conference is a unique national event to inspire and equip Native young people to live and lead for Jesus.

This evangelism and discipleship conference began small, and steadily grew year after year. Today, over 600 Native young people attend, representing over 100 tribes and nations.

WLS has had a significant impact on developing young leaders in Native America.

God uses WLS as a birthing place . . .

For Native young people to begin a relationship with Jesus. Usually, one-fourth to one-third of the participants choose Jesus that week.

For young Native believers to become warriors for their people.

In the words of one reservation youth leader: “Our young people came here as campers – and left as warriors!”

WARRIOR WORSHIP

Indigenous youth leaders are empowered to create and produce worship music to impact their generation for Jesus.

Through being part of writing and recording original worship music and leading God's people in praising Him, young indigenous leaders grow in their relationship with Jesus.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Through conferences, retreats, a local reservation outreach, and partnerships with Bible schools, young Native leaders are being developed for leadership.

One local reservation outreach has been reaching and discipling Native young people for Jesus since 1994.

Conferences and Retreats include “Winter Break Retreat,” and other regular gatherings. These events equip, disciple, and mobilize young Native leaders, and other ministry leaders in Native America.

Many young Native leaders choose to attend Bible school, made possible because of Bible School scholarships through On Eagles’ Wings.

This "Leadership Development" strategy is entering into an entire new chapter ahead, as we introduce the "Leadership Center." Check out the exciting new educational program known as the "On Eagles' Wings Leadership Center."
