My wife and I were walking along an Atlantic beach after a storm looking for shells and lots of others were looking too. As Karen started to put another broken shell in her backpack, she made a comment that comes back to me this Christmas. She said "No one picks up the broken ones."

Oh, Jesus does! And this Christmas He hears the cries of the brokenhearted. Scripture says, "He is close to the brokenhearted and He binds up their wounds."

You know, when Jesus broke bread His last night with His disciples He said, "This is My body, broken for you." A symbol of the sacrifice He was about to make, nailed to a cross and dying or your sins and mine. Broken, so we could be forgiven. So we could be healed. And three days later, rising from the dead to give us Heaven.

This Christmas Jesus is picking up broken ones and He's stopped for you, right here and right now. If you want to begin your relationship with Him, go to ChatAboutJesus.com. His arms are open and He's waiting for you.
