It's part of Christmas to hear the song about a foggy Christmas Eve and about the unlikely reindeer hero. Recently I was driving through fog and yes, I could have used Rudolf's help. I realized why I don't like fog and why it's uncertain for anyone. We can't see what's coming. We can't see the way or what we might collide with. We don't know what's ahead. And we sure know that anything could be in that fog ahead. A medical diagnosis, a financial collapse, a relationship that falls apart, losing a loved one, a lost job or career, a shattered dream.
But there is someone who knows what's ahead in the fog and who will not abandon us when we choose to walk with Him. Jesus proved that when He died on the Cross.
No matter what's ahead, when we choose to turn to God and cling to Him He will uphold me and you.
