With seeing the impact of the OEW LC on the first two years of students, there is a full-circle model that takes these Jesus-loving warriors from their days at WLS... to serving with the OEW Hope Team... to the Leadership Center... and then to the next exciting chapter the Lord calls them to!

After this life-giving Summer of Hope, other warriors are ready to become a leader for Christ and their people. This summer, they have tasted God changing their lives through their life, and are ready for more. For some, that "more" is the intensive gap-year training at the On Eagles' Wings Leadership Center, where Native leaders are born, built and launched.

From a girl at an OEW event ready to take her own life... to a young woman bringing new life to a world of lost people. Only God could do this. And He does it through His people... through you.
