About 35 years ago, Natalie Cole recorded a song that would become a classic: "Grown up Christmas List" has these heartfelt lyrics: "No more lives torn apart/That wars would never start/And time would heal all hearts."

Sounds nice, doesn't it? One problem: the song is missing the only way those things ultimately become real and last: a reconciling, healing, peace-bringing Savior.

It might be this Christmas that you're missing that Savior. The One that heals even the most broken of relationships. The One the Bible calls the "Prince of Peace" that "binds up the brokenhearted". Broken-hearted from sin separating us from the One that made us to have life's most important relationship with.
