Our young grandson had been waiting quite a while for dad to get home from work. He greeted him with an impassioned two-word question: "Where's Jesus?"

This was the day for unpacking the Nativity scene. And everybody was there - except... yeah, Jesus.

Did you know it's possible to have all the things that go with Jesus - except Jesus? The Bible describes a troubling Judgment Day scene where some good church folks are reminding Jesus of all the Christian things they've said and done. But Jesus says these heartbreaking words - "I never knew you" (Matthew 7:21-23).

You could have a religion that's all about Jesus, but miss what really matters - a personal relationship with Jesus. That relationship with Him begins the day you look at His dying on the cross and say, "For me, Jesus. That was for me." And you hold onto Him like a drowning person holds onto a rescuer.

If you've never done that, please contact us at ChatAboutJesus.com. Where's Jesus? He's knocking on the door of your heart.
