It started when our kids were in college. It grew when our sons and their families served Native Americans on a remote reservation. And now, with one grandson in another city and another far away at college, well, the feelings are there again. We really want the people we love, home for Christmas.

You know, God knows that feeling. He really loves us but we're not "home," in a personal love relationship with the God who made us. In the Bible's words, we have left God's paths to follow our own. Do you ever wonder why you can't figure out why you're here or why there's this deep lonely feeling always there? It's because we are away from home. We're far from God and the love and the meaning we're made for.

But He loves you too much to lose you. So that first Christmas He sent His son to die for the sinning we've done. In the Bible's words, "to bring you safely home to God" (1 Peter 3:18). And you can truly be home for Christmas in a relationship you were made for. Don't you want that? Well then contact us at 888-NEED-HIM or ChatAboutJesus.com.

Look, it's Christmas. It's time to come home.
